ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency has proudly served the community for the past 10 years with a close-knit team of three professionals who genuinely enjoy working together and supporting one another. I graduated from Penn State with a degree in Finance and went on to earn my MBA. Beyond the office, I’m active in my church and believe in leading with integrity, compassion, and a service-first mindset — values that are reflected in how we take care of our customers and each other.
Our culture is family-oriented, collaborative, and anything but corporate. We’re a small, tight-knit unit where everyone has a voice and works together to succeed. I’m hands-on in the office, offering one-on-one training and support to ensure each team member feels confident and prepared to grow. We offer $150 toward health benefits and a supportive, flexible environment where teamwork and personal accountability go hand in hand. The best part about working here is the accessibility and closeness between the agent and the team — you’re never just a number; you’re part of the family.
We’re looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people and take pride in helping others — someone who’s ready to be part of a team that truly values trust, collaboration, and growth.
